ADES Santa Marta is a harmonious space of coexistence and values in practice. We apply principles of participatory democracy, gender equity, and generational renewal of leadership to promote the conscientious, organized and critical participation of the population in the defense of their rights. Everything that we do is rooted in an institutional understanding of popular education.


To facilitate processes of popular education and communication and an economy based on the needs of communities of El Salvador, thereby working to transform gender relations and strengthen communities’ capacities to improve their living conditions and defend their rights.
